JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER LOCATION: REMOTE TIME ZONE: US TIME ZONES (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a fast-growing US-based call center that provides outsourced sales and appointment-setting teams to growing companies. Our client needs a hands-on leader who can coach Account Executives and SDRs, own revenue targets, and build a repeatable sales process. Experience leading sales in a call center, BPO or outsourced services environment is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs • Own team revenue targets, pipeline health and forecasting • Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching and call reviews • Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts and processes • Step into key deals and senior client conversations when needed • Track team KPIs and report performance to leadership • Partner with operations and delivery on smooth client handoffs Required Qualifications • 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years managing a sales team • A proven track record of leading a team to hit or exceed revenue targets • Experience selling to US-based companies, founders or executives • Strong coaching, forecasting and pipeline management skills • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading sales in a call center, BPO or outsourced services company • Experience building a sales team or process from early stage • Experience managing distributed, international sales teams Tools & Technology • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • VoIP and dialer tools • Sales reporting and dashboard tools • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Slack, Zoom, and task management tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
