Senior Sales Development Representative (EU, Remote)

Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative Location: Remote (EU-based) Time Zone: European Time Zones (CET) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, target-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipeline across Europe for a global video technology company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B background who is comfortable prospecting into universities, AV integrators, enterprises and public sector organizations, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership. Fluency in English plus at least one other European language is required. Key Responsibilities • Run multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) into European accounts • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings • Engage prospects in English and at least one other European language • Hit weekly activity and meeting targets • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM • Share market feedback with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging • Work closely with senior sales leadership on account priorities Required Qualifications • 2+ years in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS or hardware • Fluent English, plus German or French (or two European languages) • Based in the EU and able to work EU business hours • A proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling technical products, especially AV, video or hardware • Experience prospecting into education, government or enterprise accounts • Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC Tools & Technology • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo • VoIP and dialer tools • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Slack, Zoom, and task management tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
