Account Executive

JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE LOCATION: REMOTE TIME ZONE: US TIME ZONES (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive for a fast-growing US-based recruiting firm that helps startups and growth-stage companies build global teams. This role is ideal for a proven closer who is comfortable running discovery with founders and hiring managers, scoping roles, and taking deals from first call to signed contract. Experience selling agency, staffing, or professional services is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities • Run discovery calls with founders, executives, and hiring managers • Scope hiring needs and prepare proposals and contracts • Close new business and collect deposits to kick off searches • Re-engage past clients and expand existing accounts • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal records in the CRM • Hand off closed deals cleanly to the recruiting team Required Qualifications • 2+ years in a closing role (Account Executive or similar) • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets • Experience selling to US-based companies, founders or executives • Strong discovery, negotiation and follow-up skills • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup Preferred Qualifications • Experience in agency, staffing, or recruiting sales • Experience managing a full sales cycle with SMB and startup clients • Familiarity with contract and MSA negotiations Tools & Technology • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Slack, Zoom, and task management tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
