Your Mission You will acquire and support our broker partners with their sales processes across Belgium. You will manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, with support from the General Manager BeNeLux where needed. You will work closely with our General Manager BeNeLux and have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategy, further expanding the market. You will integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with our in-house specialists. Your Profile Minimum requirements for the role You have solid sales experience and are willing to actively source new broker partners, e.g. through cold outreach You are creative and can independently manage priorities, deadlines, and your time. You are a strong team player who can handle a variety of contacts; forming and maintaining multiple broker relationships at the same time. You have experience engaging with commercial clients and conducting negotiations with them. Language Skills Dutch: business fluent / native English: business fluent Location you reside in Belgium or the Netherlands Requirements that give you an edge You have a network across the Belgian broker market. You are interested in learning new topics in the field of cybersecurity/cyber insurance. Experience as an insurance broker, -underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is a definite advantage. French: business fluent Why us?
