Your Mission As Founder's Associate, you will take on a broad range of high-impact tasks: Drive international expansion and GTM: Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in new regions Manage strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain insurer and partner relationships Coordinate strategic initiatives: Steer key cross-functional projects and ensure alignment Financial modeling & business analysis: Conduct financial analyses that support decision-making and investor relations Support leadership & board: Create strategic materials, presentations, and business cases Own special projects: Step in where needed to solve key challenges across teams Your Profile Requirements for the role: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university, complemented by a strong track record of academic and professional achievement. At least one year of full-time experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or the startup ecosystem. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving. The ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and effective reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and convincingly. An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Language Skills German: business fluent / native English: business fluent We don’t expect the ideal candidate to have had prior experience with any of the projects above.
