POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Technology Operations leads the enterprise functions responsible for translating EnableComp's technology strategy into scalable, reliable, and measurable operational performance across revenue cycle service lines. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Operations, this role owns the Technology Operations vision, investment portfolio, governance, and value-realization framework while setting the strategic direction, operating expectations, and performance framework for work delivered through EnableComp's global vendor partners. Serving as an executive bridge among Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Implementation, and external delivery partners, the VP aligns technology enablement, workflow design, capacity strategy, and partner performance with business growth and client commitments. The VP leads through internal leaders and designated vendor leadership, establishes decision rights and accountability, allocates resources, resolves cross-functional tradeoffs, and remains accountable for productivity, quality, cost, scalability, risk, employee experience, and client outcomes across the combined portfolio.
