Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance. Help users troubleshoot basic account and software issues. Guide users through simple technical processes. Document support requests and update customer records. Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team. Maintain professional communication and protect user information. Qualifications Basic computer and internet skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
