Capacity and Talent Acquisition (Office) Consultant FT (Fixed Term) ELEKS Talent Acquisition Office is looking for a proactive and curious Talent Sourcer in our offices in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or remotely in Ukraine to strengthen our team and help us find exceptional technical talents ABOUT TAO At TAO, we focus on the unique potential and talent of each person, not just on their formal background or years of experience. JOB SUMMARY As a Talent Sourcer, you will identify and engage top technical specialists, develop sourcing strategies, and build high‑quality talent pipelines for our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires creativity, persistence, and a strong understanding of the IT market.
