Success Manager

Post Go-Live Full-Time One of Pine's portfolio companies, The Vested Group, is an award-winning Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider that partners with growing businesses to get their operations running the way they should. They specialize in ERP implementations, support, and custom solutions — and they measure success by the long-term value they create, not just the project they deliver. Their inVESTED PRO practice provides ongoing support and optimization after go-live, and many of those client relationships run for years. They're looking for a Success Manager to own relationships with their largest and most complex inVESTED PRO clients. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for client leadership teams, work closely with NetSuite consultants to deliver on client priorities, and lead escalations when they arise. This role comes with a full client portfolio from day one — the right person is ready to hit the ground running. This is a fully remote role.
