What You'll Do The Senior Digital Product Manager will be a critical part of the Digital Product team, partnering with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, clinicians, and operators to deliver on Strive's Digital Product Vision and move strategic KPIs in a scalable and standardized way through tech-enabled solutions. This role will own Strive's telephony and video visit solutions, including voice and contact center and video visit platforms. This individual will serve as the Voice of the Customer and SME for how patients and care teams connect with each other by phone and video, identify the most pressing problems to solve, and work with the cross-functional team to deliver user-driven solutions to optimize clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance the patient experience. As the Senior Digital Product Manager for telephony and video visits, this individual will be expected to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity out of complex problems. This role will report to the VP of Digital Product. The Day to Day • Own day-to-day functions of the telephony and video visits product value stream (voice/IVR, contact center, and video visit platforms), including executing on the product vision and roadmap. • Partner with Product, Clinical and Operational leadership and stakeholders to define the product vision, KPIs, and product outcomes. • Execute day-to-day product discovery, serve as the voice of the customer, facilitate the interdisciplinary team to deliver on goals. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics counterparts within Strive's Agile SDLC to deliver high-impact product solutions. • Manage relationships with telephony and video visit vendors and platform partners, including requirements, integrations, and roadmap alignment. • Understand the market and overall competitive dynamics of the product area with a focus on telehealth and video visit platforms, cloud telephony and contact center (CCaaS) platforms, digital health, and value-based care models. • Contribute to continuous improvement of Digital Product team best practices, helping mature product operations, backlog hygiene, and sprint delivery discipline. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 5+ years experience in a product management role. • 4+ years experience at either a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment. • Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives (voice, video, mobile/web/omnichannel). • Experience with telephony and contact center platforms (e.g., CCaaS, IVR, call routing) and/or telehealth and video visit platforms. Preferred Qualifications • Proven understanding of digital health ecosystems, clinical workflow technology, and healthcare data interoperability. • Proven track record in healthcare technology, ideally with value-based care, population health, or digital health platforms. • Familiarity with regulations affecting telephony and virtual care (e.g., HIPAA, state telehealth requirements). Annual Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
