Solutions Architect

THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for our first Solutions Architect to help bring vision into production. You'll work directly with our customers, helping them build exciting products with durable execution. You'll also help shape the future of Restate by bringing customer insights back to the team, influencing the product roadmap, and sharing what you're learning with the broader developer community through talks, demos, and other evangelism efforts. If you enjoy distributed systems, infrastructure, and solving difficult engineering problems alongside other engineers, we'd love to talk. WHY RESTATE Durable runtimes are becoming the next foundational infrastructure layer, especially for AI. Restate’s vision is to make durable execution efficient and lightweight to run. Restate is built by a team of world-class engineers - the creators of Apache Flink, leaders from Meta's messaging infrastructure, and senior engineers from AWS and Confluent. AI-native companies like Replit as well as Fortune 500 enterprises rely on Restate in production for their core applications. With a fresh $20M Series A fundraise by top tier investors and strong traction, we’re just getting started and are looking for people who share our vision and work ethos. THE ROLE You'll work directly with engineers, architects, and technical leaders to take Restate from initial evaluation to production. This is a highly technical role.
