Step into a product management role when needed to ensure that our solutions meet our high standards. • Develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability. • Engage in all phases of project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, including code reviews and performance optimization. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers, helping them advance their skills and careers. Who we're looking for • You take pride in owning your work, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring solutions are effective and user-centric. • You thrive in product-focused environments and are driven by the impact your work has on customers. • You are committed to your craft and are continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and knowledge. • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and a modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript). • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles. • You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly. • Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch is highly valued. • Background in startup environments, possibly as a founder or early employee, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and versatility.
