Senior Product Manager (AdTech)

Company: Equals 5 Location: Remote (Ukraine / Europe) Employment: Full-time, B2B ABOUT EQUALS 5 Equals 5 is a US-based Healthcare AdTech company developing an All-in-One advertising platform that helps pharmaceutical brands reach specific healthcare professionals through precise targeting, intelligent data solutions, and advanced campaign analytics. Our technology connects healthcare marketing with major digital advertising channels, enabling automated campaign management, accurate audience targeting, and performance measurement. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our advertising channel integrations, combining strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the product roadmap and development of integrations with major advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. • Drive the launch of new advertising channel integrations and improve existing ones, focusing on campaign automation, data synchronization, accuracy, and scalability. • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and development priorities. • Lead product delivery for a dedicated team of up to 5 specialists, working closely with engineers, QA, and a Tech Lead. • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, product documentation, and delivery processes. • Proactively research advertising technologies, identify new opportunities, and propose product improvements based on industry insights. • Actively leverage AI tools to streamline research, documentation, analysis, and product development workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Strong Product Management experience (3 years minimum), with a proven track record of independently owning technical products and roadmaps. • Practical understanding of digital advertising platforms, including ad accounts, campaign setup, audience targeting, performance metrics, and attribution. • Experience working in AdTech, MarTech, or closely with Media Buying / User Acquisition teams. • Solid understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, data synchronization, and advertising platform capabilities and limitations. • Experience managing software development teams and working with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and product documentation. • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) into daily workflows to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks. • Strong analytical thinking, ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to make independent product decisions. • Experience with AI agents and advanced automation workflows. • English: B2+ | Ukrainian: Fluent. NICE TO HAVE • Experience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges). • Background in Healthcare AdTech, pharmaceutical marketing, or regulated industries.
