Senior Product Data Analyst - Publishing Team

TEAM Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. The Core Central Team provides hands-on support and mentoring to all Voodoo studios looking to create new casual and midcore games, and anything hybrid in between. ROLE We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge. By joining this team, you will have a strong impact on the business and a unique opportunity to reach hundreds of millions of users with your insights and recommendations. • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps. • Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games • Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection. • Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics. • Building and maintaining robust data pipelines • Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience. PROFILE • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist in a fast‑paced environment, with strong skills in building production‑ready data pipelines. • Master Degree in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics or other quantitative fields • Strong SQL with experience querying large, complex datasets • Experience building production-ready data pipelines • Experience working with Tableau – advantage • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., dbt) – advantage • High level of analytical and rigorous problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail • Strong sense of ownership, builder’s mindset, and intellectual curiosity • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations • Curiosity for games/player behavior and comfort in ambiguity" • AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations to speed up your work BENEFITS • Competitive salary upon experience • Swile Lunch voucher • Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) • Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family is 100% borne by Voodoo • Child day care facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges) • Wellness activities in our Paris office • Remote days
