This role focuses on understanding user behavior within the payment funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and translating data into product improvements. You will work with high-scale transactional data, analyzing how users move from checkout to successful payment and where friction occurs. The role requires a strong experimental mindset and the ability to connect data insights to product decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Funnel Analysis and Optimization • Analyze user behavior across the payment funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks • Quantify the impact of drop-offs and uncover opportunities to improve conversion and user experience • Translate analytical findings into actionable product recommendations Experimentation and Product Insights • Design and evaluate A/B tests in partnership with Product teams • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks • Monitor product performance through dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analysis Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making • Help prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and analytical evidence REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing product, behavioral, or transactional data • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and product metrics • Ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations • Experience using AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience working with payments and transactional data • Strong understanding of checkout flows and conversion optimization • Experience in gaming, fintech or e-commerce WHY JOIN US • World-class team – work alongside experienced professionals from around the globe who have built products used by millions of players • High growth, high impact – be part of a fast-growing company where ideas turn into products and reach customers in days, not months • Autonomy and ownership – we trust people to make decisions, take initiative, and drive results • Modern tools and technology – use AI, automation, and modern tools as part of your everyday work • Equity – participate in the company's growth and long-term success
