Our teams take over, stabilize and modernize live, high-volume programs, improving journeys, decisioning and measurement over time. The Salesforce Solution Architect leads platform strategy and architecture for the program across the Salesforce stack. This role sets the platform roadmap, defines architecture and configuration standards, oversees journey and integration builds, and ensures the platform scales reliably and cost-effectively as the program grows.
