Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

JOB TITLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (INSIDE SALES) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities • Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification • Set and manage sales appointments and product demos • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data • Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies • Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered • Experience working with US or UK-based companies • Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills • High level of self-motivation and time management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience across multiple industries or sales environments • Exposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting • Experience mentoring or leading SDR teams TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Dialers and sales engagement tools • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, task management tools We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
