Recruiter – Wellis At Wellis, hiring isn't a back-office function. It's one of the engines behind our growth. We're looking for a Recruiter who wants to do more than fill vacancies. You'll run hiring processes end-to-end, help build a recruitment approach that's fast, human, and built to scale, and grow your own skills along the way. About Wellis Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing one of the most traditional sectors: healthcare. We're building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands, offering on-demand care for everyday health needs like weight loss, hair loss, and sexual health. From diagnosis and medical consultation to prescription and delivery at the customer's door, we cover the full journey. Our mission is simple: to make healthcare more accessible, personal, and stigma-free. About the role You'll run full-cycle recruitment, from the first intake conversation to a signed offer. That means partnering closely with hiring managers, building strong pipelines, and making sure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional. You'll also have room to improve how we hire: suggesting better intake questions, testing new outreach approaches, and using data to spot what's working. Good ideas get adopted fast here. You'll report to Veronica (People & Culture Lead) and work alongside and learn from Farah, our Senior Recruiter; and Georgios (Tech Recruiting). You'll be part of the wider People & Culture team with Thijs (People & Culture Officer). What you'll do Run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to offer. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers: sharpening profiles, asking the right questions, and keeping processes moving. Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels, rather than waiting for applications. Deliver a candidate experience that reflects who we are: fast, personal, and professional. Contribute to better job ads, outreach templates, and employer branding. Keep pipelines clean and reporting up to date in our ATS, so the team always has a clear view of where hiring stands. What you bring 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house at a scale-up or other fast-paced environment (agency experience is welcome too). Hands-on sourcing experience and comfort reaching out to passive candidates. Strong communication skills in English and Dutch. An organized, data-aware way of working: you're comfortable in an ATS and keep pipelines tidy. Curiosity and drive to grow, with your own ideas on how hiring could work better. Bonus: experience hiring in healthcare, healthtech, or e-commerce. How you'll grow You'll learn day-to-day from an experienced Senior Recruiter and get hands-on exposure to employer branding, recruitment data, and process design. As Wellis scales, there's a clear path to growing into a senior role. What we offer Salary of €3,500–€4,900 , depending on experience + holiday allowance on top 25 holidays, pension plan, and a working-from-home allowance. Hybrid setup: 2 days/week in our Rotterdam office, plus 20 remote working days per year. Learning budget and a monthly personal budget via Alleo.
