As a product marketing lead, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, helping prospects understand how WRITER empowers marketing and sales teams to transform their work, and driving new feature adoption among current customers. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating complex platform capabilities into crisp messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. 🦸🏻‍♀️ What you’ll do • Own end-to-end product marketing for a suite of our core products, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and competitive differentiation – translating new agentic capabilities into clear enterprise value • Partner with product, demand generation, content, comms, and customer marketing teams to drive go-to-market for product and feature launches • Translate product investments into sales-ready narratives, partner with sales enablement to educate the field, and develop assets — pitch materials, one-pagers, objection-handling guides — that equip the field to sell our latest innovations • Drive product and feature adoption through regular user communications and programs • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market research to sharpen differentiation against both point solutions and broader AI platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure consistent product messaging across the buyer journey ⭐️ What you need • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment • AI native mindset with proven experience using agentic AI to automate GTM workflows • Proven track record of bringing complex products to market with clear, compelling positioning for both technical and business audiences • Strong sales enablement instincts — you know how to build narratives and assets that actually get used in the field • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success in a fast-moving environment • Excellent written communication • Experience with the enterprise AI or agentic AI landscape is a strong plus 🍩 Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees) • Generous PTO, plus company holidays • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family • Paid parental leave for all parents (16 weeks) • Fertility and family planning support • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri https://www.galleri.com/partner/writer • Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options • Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution • Annual work-life stipends for: • Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc. • Learning and development stipend • Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites • Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k WRITER is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
