Principal GTM Recruiter

We are looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to help scale our sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing teams. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for key GTM roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, run structured hiring processes, and close high-quality candidates who raise the bar for the organization. What You Will Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through close, across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring criteria, and build thoughtful, structured hiring plans • Build and manage strong pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and inbound, ensuring consistent candidate flow across roles • Run high-quality screening processes to assess candidate fit, experience, and alignment with Doppel’s hiring bar • Drive interview processes forward with speed and clarity, coordinating with interviewers and ensuring a strong candidate experience • Partner with hiring teams to calibrate candidates, facilitate debriefs, and support clear, timely decision-making • Own candidate closing, including offer presentation, negotiation, and managing the candidate experience through acceptance • Track pipeline health and recruiting performance, sharing insights and identifying ways to improve efficiency and outcomes What We Are Looking For • 4–7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM roles (sales, customer success, partnerships, or marketing) • Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting processes and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets • Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines through outbound and referrals • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through structured processes and clear communication • Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and maintaining clean, accurate pipeline data • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities • A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving Why Join Doppel • Meaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s success • Remote-first culture with flexibility built in • Flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and more • A high-growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility
