ONCE HERE, YOU WILL Join Atomic's operations team supporting self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing. You'll be hands-on with the day-to-day work of processing corporate actions (spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers, and mandatory/voluntary reorganizations), supporting clearance and settlement activity, and helping resolve data quality and booking issues as they arise. As Atomic scales its self-clearing capabilities, you'll work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to help build out the operational processes and controls that keep clearing and corporate actions running accurately and on time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone hands-on who can dig into the mechanics of corporate actions and clearance/settlement work directly, not just review it after the fact.
