Marketing Manager

Working as a Marketing Manager at NEM is a diverse and exciting role that offers you the opportunity to explore new possibilities and create new opportunities for the company and also for yourself. You will be involved in marketing activities such as exhibitions, industry presentations and campaigns that contribute to the growth of our business, as well as reporting on client satisfaction. One day you may be organizing a partner or customer event and the next investigating a potential new business field or developing new communication materials and publications. You will be responsible for promoting all products and services across all NEM Energy Group business units globally. With your analytical approach and strong communication skills, you will work on both strategic topics and hands-on marketing initiatives and drive the company's success towards the future! All in all, it's a wide and diverse role covering Marketing, Communications and Business Development, with the opportunity to grow your career at NEM. You will work in a multicultural team with activities all over the world, alongside a network of more than 20 business partners globally. You will report to the Head of Marketing, BD & PMO and work with other departments, especially Sales, and also directly with the management of the entire group. Key tasks & responsibilities · Carrying out quantitative and qualitative market and business analyses for all NEM Group product lines. · Organizing and supporting events, exhibitions and campaigns. · Supporting our worldwide network of business partners, including partner events and performance reporting. · Organizing and reporting on client satisfaction. · Contributing to and executing the marketing and communication strategy. · Developing marketing and communication materials for external and internal use. · Helping make NEM the leading brand in its field. Candidate requirements · Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial, business or technical field. · Experience in a business-to-business environment. · Fluent in English, both spoken and written. · Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. · CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. · Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, for example in analysis, reporting and content creation. · Willingness to travel abroad occasionally. · Experience in the global energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
