About the Role Felix Health is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who has experience leading and scaling full lifecycle programs. In this strategic role, you will develop and execute activation, engagement, retention and win-back initiatives, as well as own all transactional patient comms. You will • Own the strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing and transactional journeys across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages via Iterable. • Develop a dynamic and personalised customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each user’s behaviours. • Draft clear, succinct and persuasive copy for all customer communications. • Regularly define and execute experiments to optimise our journeys. • Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering and analytics peers to align on key objectives, develop cohesive strategy, and execute in concert You have • Multi-year track-record owning lifecycle, ideally for a consumer product with a large customer base. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sendgrid, etc.) and related tools/languages (ex.
