Key Account Manager - NL

Summary: As a Key Account Manager , you are responsible for managing strategic customer relationships in the Netherlands, acting as a trusted DRS solution expert and driving the full sales cycle. You develop account strategies, identify customer needs, deliver tailored Envipco solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. You also have overall responsibility for the NL organization and its operations . Become a DRS solution expert and trusted advisor to customers. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts. Deliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites. Develop and execute strategic account plans. Identify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions. Manage the full sales cycle including RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contract closure. Create account-specific commercial agreements, pricing, and discount structures. Work cross-functionally to support successful customer outcomes. Responsibility of the total NL organization and operations. Qualifications: Degree educated (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred). Full driving licence. At least 5 years of working experience as B2B sales within a technical or capital equipment environment. Strong key account management and consultative selling experience. Grocery retail sector experience is advantageous. Fluent in Dutch and English Key Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Commercially aware with strong negotiation ability. Proactive, organised, and results-driven. Confident problem solver with a customer-focused mindset. Team player with strong analytical and IT skills. Performance Measures: Growth and development of key customer relationships. Pipeline growth, sales revenue, and gross profit delivery. Successful execution of account plans and sales objectives.
