The role Belkins is launching Intake (a new pod that owns every new client's first three months): onboarding, campaign launch, first booked meetings, and the handoff to a long-term account team. You'll lead the pod and be accountable for one outcome: new clients who see results and stay. This isn't a role with a comfortable book of long-term accounts. Every client is new, most are demanding, and results are expected from week one. The pace is high and there's no rigid playbook yet.
