As Head of B2B Operations, you’ll serve as the operational engine and strategic backbone of our global B2B organization. Sitting right at the intersection of high-level commercial strategy and daily execution, you’ll scale our commercial engine, unify cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the business. Reporting directly to and working in tight partnership with the SVP B2B, you will shape priorities, align leadership, and ensure our go-to-market teams execute seamlessly. Your key responsibilities include • Drive Leadership Cadence & Alignment: Establish and own the operational rhythm (KPI’s, strategic reviews, cadence management) for the B2B leadership team, ensuring absolute clarity, accountability, and alignment on commercial goals. • Define Strategic Direction & Execution: Partner with the SVP B2B to translate overarching commercial ambitions into crisp, actionable priorities and track execution across the entire B2B organization. • Enable End-to-End Sales Operations: Unify our global B2B sales motion by collaborating across Brand & Marketing, Product, Music, and the wider Epidemic Group to remove friction and streamline commercial paths. • Empower Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage deep data analysis and commercial insights to accelerate decision-making, optimize revenue predictability, and eliminate bottlenecks before they impact growth. • Cross-Functional Execution Support: Act as the strategic connective tissue across functions to ensure complex projects, launches, and commercial initiatives deliver on time without execution gaps. Requirements • Relevant Experience: 7+ years of experience and proven track record in B2B commercial operations, strategy/BizOps, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff-style execution role. • Navigating Complex & Global Scale: Comfortable operating within fast-paced, global, and matrixed structures - bringing structure to ambiguity without slowing momentum down. • Master of Cadence & Structure: Expert in designing and running high-performing operational rhythms, executive review cadences, and cross-functional governance models. • Data & Insight Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex commercial data into actionable insights that sharpen strategy and speed up execution. • Cross-Functional Orchestrator: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of bridging sales, marketing, product, and executive teams. • Strategic Yet Execution-Minded: Able to seamlessly zoom out to high-level commercial strategy and zoom in to unblock daily operational friction.
