Founding Sales Development Representative for UKI (London 3 days onsite) Build a new market, backed by a proven SDR engine. We are one of Europe's largest human risk management company, trusted by 6,000+ organisations, with a team of 40 SDRs across Europe. Now we're opening UK & Ireland, and you'll be our first Enterprise SDR on the ground. Why this role • You're first in UK & Ireland. Every CISO you call is already worried about AI-powered attacks on their people. We help them fix it. What you'll do • Prospecting to CISOs and security leaders across UK & Ireland. • Turn inbound and outbound interest into high-quality meetings for our AEs • Build Repeatable messaging and sequences and consistently achieve the quotas assigned You'll thrive here if you • Have 1+ years in SDR, BDR or AE roles in B2B tech, ideally selling into enterprise accounts, with a record of beating targets. • Love the phone and aren't fazed by senior buyers. • Know your way around Outreach/Sales Loft and Salesforce • Overachieving mindset to go above and beyond What you get • [Base salary] + uncapped commission ([OTE]) • Training through our SDR Talent Academy and a proven path to AE • Working alongside with UK Ireland senior leadership team in the same office • Knowledge into the world of Cybersecurity space
