We are seeking highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry, and other departments. Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance. Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed. Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient, and aligned with project timelines. Qualifications: Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative processes Proficient with remote communication and project management tools.
