Entry-Level Account Manager (20 - 27 per hour)

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Account Coordination: Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and client experience. Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.
