About The Role We are seeking an experienced Director, Provider Performance & Analytics to build and oversee the measurement architecture for provider performance across all clinical service lines. In this role, you will define how Lyra measures provider capacity, availability, schedule utilization, productivity, and quality across a diverse clinical workforce spanning therapy, coaching, medication management, high-acuity care, substance use treatment, and neuropsychology. Operating at the intersection of Clinical Leadership, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and Product, you will establish common performance definitions, build scalable measurement frameworks and executive dashboards, diagnose systemic performance variation, and translate data insights into operational management systems. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare analytics and performance expertise—combining hands-on quantitative data fluency and systems thinking with proven operational judgment in a complex healthcare environment.
