To learn more, visit our website https://aiwyn.ai/ About the Role We are looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, SaaS reporting and decision support for a growing PE-backed SaaS company. This role is a core business partner to the CFO and executive team, responsible for translating strategy into financial plans and helping leaders make smart business decisions in an environment defined by growth, ambiguity, and speed. The company operates in a complex environment, with multiple products, spanning recurring SaaS and variable merchant payment processing revenue streams. The company has also acquired multiple companies previously. This is not an accounting role, but a solid understanding of accounting principles is important, as is close partnership with accounting leadership. This role will involve working with an evolving data and systems environment, with the expectations to progressively improve rigor and consistency. This is a hands-on role. You will own the company's financial model, drive planning rigor, and elevate how Finance supports the business, all while remaining close to the details. Key Responsibilities: • Own the company's budget and rolling forecast • Reconcile top-down targets with bottoms-up assumptions • Clearly explain forecast changes, risks and sensitivities • Own and refine SaaS KPIs: CARR/ARR/MRR, GRR/NRR, churn, CAC, etc. • Perform cohort, funnel and unit-economics analysis • Ensure metric definitions are consistent, credible and actionable • Prepare monthly and quarterly executive and Board materials • Translate complex analysis into clear summaries and recommendations • Support investor reporting and strategic planning • Support GTM planning, sales capacity modeling and deal economics • Evaluate pricing, discounting and investment tradeoffs • Provide a financial perspective on growth initiatives and operating decisions • Influence and educate business talent through rational, methodical decision-making • Set high standards for analytical rigor, communication and judgment • Improve planning processes, tools and cadence as the company scales Qualifications: REQUIRED • 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance at a SaaS or SaaS-adjacent company • Strong command of SaaS metrics, forecasting and unit economics • Proven ability to build models and deliver actionable insight • Experience partnering directly with senior executives • Advanced Excel / Sheets skills; comfortable working with imperfect data • Strong knowledge of and ability to recognize excellence in Finance PREFERRED • Full-time investment banking analyst or associate training • Experience at a VC-backed, high-growth company (100–1,000 employees) • Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business • Familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce and BI tools What Success Looks Like • Forecasts are credible, timely, and actively used by leadership • Executives rely on FP&A to frame decisions, not just report results • Growth, hiring, and investment decisions are grounded in clear tradeoffs • FP&A scales smoothly as the company grows in size and complexity Benefits and Perks: • The big-picture value proposition of this role is simple: join us, and you'll be paid competitively to have freedom in solving worthwhile, challenging problems alongside other A-players at a fast growing SaaS startup led by an experienced and successful co-founding team with industry experience.
