Digital Product Owner

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our Product Management team in Madrid, where you will support digital initiatives, optimize PLM & PIM processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform adoption, operational efficiency, and digital experiences. What we offer Opportunity to accelerate the pace of growth in digitalisation through advanced technology intelligence, and analytics Driving high-impact insights enhancing decision-making Interaction with senior stakeholders on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change Driving brand equity and digital sales through enhanced digital experiences Opportunities to grow using a variety of tools to support development, such as mentoring, coaching and team building Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team What you will do Support the Product Manager in implementing the digital strategy for PLM & PIM, improving platform adoption, operational efficiency and user experience Gather and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery plans Coordinate digital initiatives and work closely with business and technical teams to support the development and continuous improvement of collection-related processes Prepare and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, improve platform and content quality, and reduce inefficiencies across digital processes Deliver training sessions and create documentation to help stakeholders use digital tools and processes effectively Collaborate with Product Management, IT, Digital Channels, Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless digital integration Monitor digital performance metrics, prepare reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support business objectives Promote continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and proposing practical and sustainable solutions What you´ll bring Relevant experience in digital operations, e-commerce, digital project delivery or product-related roles Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications and translating business needs into actionable plans in collaboration with technical teams Familiarity with digital platforms and the ability to learn new systems and tools Experience with functional testing or user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, issue documentation and follow-up Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into practical recommendations Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain digital tools, processes and requirements to different stakeholders Experience supporting training, documentation, knowledge sharing or digital adoption initiatives A proactive approach to process improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities Experience with PLM & PIM platforms, web analytics and dashboard tools, requirements documentation and delivery tracking tools will be considered an advantage At Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
