Caliza replaces that with one platform and API: hold USD accounts, collect and pay in 33+ currencies, and convert between fiat and stablecoins, over local rails, SWIFT or stablecoins, in minutes instead of days. About the role We're hiring a Customer Success Manager who can sell. You will own a portfolio of 10–20 B2B customers across Brazil & the Southern Cone, keep them live and happy, and grow them through upsell and expansion. Retention is the floor; account growth is how this role is measured. This is a "0 to 1" role: you won't just follow a playbook, you'll help write it. You'll report to the Head of Customer Success and work closely with BD, Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance.
