CRM Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in our Digital Campus in Porto. Drive customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value by designing, scaling, and optimizing personalized customer journeys. What you will do Analyze and interpret customer behavior and engagement across loyalty programs to identify key trends and performance drivers. Identify factors influencing membership program effectiveness and translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Provide recommendations to markets and management to enhance membership programs and drive revenue growth. Develop reports & offer analytical capacity on market specific research questions Actively manage and further develop CRM reporting landscape based on the need of markets to provide easy accessible reports that are visually easy to interpret Act as reporting business owner: alignment, priorisation and implementation with IT of all reporting requirements Provide ad hoc market specific data analysis to support strategy consultancy What you will bring 2-4 years of experience in CRM, customer loyalty, or customer experience, ideally in retail or fashion/luxury. Ensure the CRM reporting landscape works properly and meets business needs; create and enhance reports/dashboards to track customer behaviour and KPIs Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of CRM systems Expertise in loyalty programs and a strong understanding of customer engagement tracking processes Solid knowledge of Databricks; proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL Experience with SAP systems (Lumira, Analysis for Office, Analytics Cloud); Google Analytics is an advantage Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively under tight deadlines Proven team player with a proactive mindset, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Data Scientists, Business) We are united by our differences At Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
