The Role We are looking for an AI-Driven Creative Marketing Manager to work on our subscription-based mobile app (B2C, Tier-1 market, web2app). The primary acquisition channel is META. This is not a traditional managerial role where you assign tasks to a design team. It’s an AI-oriented and “hands-on” position. You will work with both internal and 3rd-party AI-driven tools that help you quickly and efficiently manage and drive the creative process, featuring smart automation for scaling. Responsibilities Operate various AI tools to generate ad creatives (static & video): curate the outputs, guide the generation process, and make necessary adjustments, taking an end-to-end approach from the initial idea to final creative production (no designers involved). Investigate target audiences, competitor strategies, and current market trends to uncover new creative openings. Translate experiment outcomes into fresh hypotheses and outline subsequent testing initiatives. Critically review, read, and verify the analytics — make the final strategic decisions. Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics, bringing new ideas and approaches to meet team goals. Requirements Experience working with mobile apps and building creative strategies for their promotion at scale, specifically focusing on web2app flow and META. Experience in creating creatives from scratch and utilizing AI tools for generation. Strong understanding of metrics, analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions for further actions. Growth mindset and extreme flexibility: being open-minded and adaptable to a fast-changing environment is your primary soft skill. Hands-on attitude: you are ready to operate the tools directly, dig into the details, and manage the workflow with your own hands. Strong analytical mindset: the ability to process heavy analytics, spot trends, generate actionable insights, and validate AI-driven data. AI-oriented curiosity and a strong willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize and scale marketing processes. A strong plus is a previous background in design on positions such as Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or Marketing Designer. Experience in finding new funnels, launching new products to the market, and scaling an existing funnel or product as a whole – would be a huge plus. Hiring Process Stage 1: Interview with HR.
