Professional Services & Training Full Time - Permanent Caseware is one of Canada's original Fintech companies, having led the global audit and accounting software industry for over 30 years, with more than 500,000 users across 130 countries and available in 16 different languages. As a Consultant in Professional Services at Caseware, you will participate in the implementation of Caseware accounting, audit, and assurance solutions, owning delivery from initiation through go-live. You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, best-practice Caseware configurations. You will manage senior client stakeholders, ensure delivery quality, and proactively mitigate project risks while working independently or as part of a team on engagements. In addition, you will mentor Associate Consultants, provide solution oversight, and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings. Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards. The Consultant will report to the Director, Professional Services. ❗This is a new role. ❗This is a full-time, permanent position.
