Magna Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst to support the administration, calculation, and analysis of sales commission programs for our revenue-generating teams. Partnering with Sales, Finance, and HR, this role will help ensure commission payouts are accurate, timely, transparent, and aligned with plan terms. The ideal candidate combines advanced spreadsheet skills, working SQL knowledge, and a strong understanding of incentive compensation mechanics. This individual will translate plan documents into repeatable calculations, reconcile data across systems, resolve discrepancies, and explain complex payout questions clearly to sales representatives and business leaders. Success in this role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and a low tolerance for unexplained variances.
