What you will do: As a Cloud Platform Engineer you will build and operate the cloud infrastructure powering mission-critical aviation systems used in real-world operations. This is a deeply hands-on role where you’ll work directly in production environments, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and continuously deployable. You’ll develop and improve the core infrastructure that engineers rely on every day—shipping infrastructure-as-code, working with Kubernetes-based systems, and contributing to deployment pipelines that enable fast, safe releases. Your work will directly impact system reliability, performance, and uptime in a 24/7 environment. You will partner closely with backend, product, and platform engineers to deploy services, improve observability, and respond to real production challenges—debugging issues, strengthening system resilience, and continuously raising the bar for reliability. Expect to work on problems like scaling distributed systems, improving release safety, and building automation that reduces operational toil and keeps systems running smoothly.
