Customer Success Full Time (Remote) Client Success Manager Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Team: Client Success PeopleGrove+CORE Higher Education Group is seeking a driven and dynamic Client Success Manager (CSM) to champion our higher education partners using our cutting-edge CORE product suite. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for helping others succeed, and love turning complex challenges into meaningful outcomes, this role is for you! About the Role As a CSM, you’ll play a key role in retaining and growing client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and technical guide. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation, ongoing training, and proactive client engagement. Your work directly supports student success across campuses nationwide.
