Business Systems Engineering Manager

Internal Systems Full-time The Business Systems Development Manager is a “player-coach” leader responsible for the delivery and technical direction of the Business Systems Development team — approximately eight developers based across the U.S., Canada, and Asia. This role combines hands-on technical contribution across Salesforce development, MuleSoft integration development, and database administration with day-to-day people leadership, mentoring, and delivery management. The team’s current strength is in Salesforce and NetSuite development; this leader will build on that foundation while growing the team’s capabilities in integration development, data platform engineering, and general database administration. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual technical contributor and an experienced people manager who can set technical standards, develop talent, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable business systems.
