Our Business Transformation practice is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead finance transformation initiatives for private equity–backed portfolio companies. Working closely with our Private Equity practice, you will serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio company CFOs and finance leaders, helping modernize the Office of the CFO and drive scalable, value-focused transformation. In this role, you will lead complex, end-to-end finance transformation engagements, balancing hands-on delivery with team leadership, client relationship management, and business development. You will help portfolio companies strengthen finance capabilities across people, process, data, and technology in support of growth and operational excellence.
