Strategy Full Time The Role As the Associate Director of B2B Media Strategy, you will lead enterprise and growth-stage clients in translating complex business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. You’ll shape integrated go-to-market strategies that connect media, operations, and revenue alignment—ensuring impact from first impression to closed-won revenue. Key areas of focus include: Media strategy: Optimize media mix, audience segmentation, creative alignment, and measurement using advanced B2B martech, adtech, and datatech. Operational consulting: Apply proven frameworks (maturity maps, resource models, digital transformation strategies) to design scalable martech, adtech, and datatech solutions. Sales and marketing alignment: Deploy tactics that accelerate impression-to-revenue velocity across revenue teams. Messaging alignment: Ensure the right audiences are matched with messaging that moves accounts into pipeline and ultimately closed-won revenue. You’ll collaborate with channel specialists, client services, and analytics teams while engaging directly with sales and marketing leaders at client organizations. This role requires executive presence, deep B2B expertise, and the ability to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-moving, competitive markets.
