About this role We are looking for a Product Lead with experience shipping product in ambiguous, early-stage health tech environments to own our entire customer-to-product loop. This is a critical role to translate what our customers are telling us into shipped product, fast, and help define a new category in healthcare operations. What will you be doing? Translate needs from CNOs, frontline leaders, and CIOs into shipped product Work directly with the founders and Head of Engineering to connect market needs with what engineering builds Personally build and test prototypes using Figma, Cursor, and other AI-assisted tools Own the entire product surface, from user-facing UI to backend systems and integrations Develop and implement a coherent product analytics strategy from the ground up Tech stack Figma, Cursor, Replit, v0, SQL About Assemble Assemble enables healthcare leaders to drive organizational change through automation.
