Your Role As Latitude scales and integrates with Megaport, our current sales structure needs to evolve. We are moving away from a model where one person handles everything to a specialized Pod Model. This allows us to handle a higher volume of global customers without losing quality. As we scale globally as part of Megaport, we’re changing how we work. We’re moving to a "Pod Model" where Sales, Tech, and Operations work as one, and we need an Account Manager to be the glue that holds it all together. You won't just be "handling accounts." You’ll be right in the middle of the action—bridging the gap between a signed deal and a happy customer. You’ll work alongside our Sales Executives and Architects to coordinate server deployments, fix billing hurdles, and spot new ways for our international clients to grow on our platform.
