As our Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing, you will serve as the core operational bridge between Ollie and our manufacturing partners, ensuring our fresh, human-grade recipes are produced safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will drive cross-functional alignment across inventory, procurement, quality assurance, and engineering while sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new co-manufacturing facilities to support our growth. This position is performed remotely in the U.S. and reports directly to the Vice President, Supply Chain. 25–30% Travel
